A client-driven project in which I worked with a team of peers to redesign and create a safe, aesthetically pleasing and symbolic torch for the Queensland Special Olympics organisation.


It was my first ‘real world’ experience of designing for a client and therefore working with client requirements, technical specifications and engineering constraints. I gained valuable experience in problem solving, compromising, and client satisfaction.

I created and edited the promotional video for my team using Premiere Pro that was presented to the client. My team wanted to create a modern, upbeat and attention-grabbing video.

I designed and created the Indesign and Procreate posters which were presented to the clients. They aided in the communication of our design – its aesthetics, usability, practicality, context of use, and how it was designed for manufacture.
